Getting Dressed Up in Loving Support

by | Apr 23, 2021

Things have felt so hard … for so long … for so many.

It’s ok not to be ok, and it’s ok to need support.

Spring is emerging, Life is shifting towards discovering our new normal, and the hope of vaccines provides a lot of relief for many… yet many are still (appropriately so) struggling with grief, overwhelm, and exhaustion.

This video shows a lovely way to receive and feel support from others, even if and when you are in the struggle of feeling alone.
Remember, I offer a free 20 minute consult for PT, psychotherapy, or a fun combo of the two…

In the meantime, go get every piece of loving clothing you own… and I mean EVERY last piece you can find… and get dressed up in Loving Support. You deserve it.

The Happiness Advantage. It’s a book I just finished reading and it’s been a game changer for me. There’s a concept in it you will find helpful, and it’s as simple as your ABCs + add a D.
